Return Policies
If your item is received defective or you want to return it for any reason, (within 15 days of ship date) on our website, please write to us at sales@magictecnica.com with a subjust line "Return a Product" and states the reason . Your request for return authorization (RA#) will be answered within 1 business day. An RA# enables you and us to track the process of your return. Our receiving department will not accept any packages without an RA# noted on it.

There is no fee or an exchange, however, there is a 20% restocking fee for any return on refund. We will not accept any return if there are any missing components on the package.

Shipping is your responsibility when returning an item. Canadian buyers must ship packages back to us using Canada Postal Service only. In addition, when exchanging an item, the return shipping must be prepaid by the customer.
